Cut the audit-remediation changelog ([Unreleased] -> 0.2.0) and bump all version references. 0.2.0 rather than 0.1.1 because the remediation is API-breaking (Arc<str> Address, removed memory subsystem, reworked diagnostics). Merging this publishes to crates.io via the Publish workflow's version gate; fugue-evo's first publish depends on 0.2.0 being on the registry.
